South Woodham Ferrers Male Voice Choir

The choir offers a warm welcome to both would-be and experienced singers who will enjoy being a part of this friendly, relaxed and supportive group.

New and creative arrangements of both pop and classical music, often augmented with the use of orchestral backing tracks, have given a new depth breadth and vibrancy to the songs we sing. This change of style and presentation has proved hugely popular with both members and audiences.

Under the dynamic musical directorship of John Trent Wallace, the South Woodham Ferrers Male Voice Choir is arguably the first in the country to have recognised the need to expand its repertoire far beyond that of the traditional male choir and provide a broad based appeal for modern-day audiences.
